The Spanish (Malaga) waiter was helpful and friendly.
As a wheelchair user before I arrived I telephoned to check my booking. A male reception staff member told me the room was accessible, when I expressed doubts he insisted vehemently it was. I got the impression he thought I was being awkward and he knew what accessible meant better than me. The 'wheelchair accessible' room had a step-in shower/bath so I could not wash. The handle for the window was too high up so I couldn't open it. The bed linien was old fashioned. When I arrived there was no lower desk area. The reception staff buzzed for a male to show me to my room. He shouted to me from the lifts to come over. I had a rucksack on my knee which he did not offer to carry. Staff need training on Disability Equality Training.
Extremely good location for Belfast International airport. Staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly. No noticeable aircraft noise despite closeness to airport.Rooms a good size and very comfortable beds.
Lunch menu which was only available in the bar was very expensive. Serving a brunch menu until 12.00pm would be helpful.
everyone very helpful and everything from check in right through to check out was handled with ease
The convenience to the International Airport - facilities were excellent and availability of a la carte meals also. Staff were very congenial and helpful. We wished we could have had longer to stay in such facilities - thank you.
Good sized room, helpful staff at reception especially Johnny who helped with travel directions, convenient location well signposted. Glad to find a hotel that welcomes pets as we had our dog with us.
Food was only so-so and on the expensive side.
Excellent check in really helpful staff. Fantastic location so close to airport departures
The friendly staff and the proximatey to the airport. Very fair price and the cleanliness of the hotel.
The food was fair, the coffee was terrIble!
Excellant location for access to airport, good service and amenities.
nice clean relaxing hotel very handy to airport
Good smart hotel very close to International Airport terminal. 30 second walk for our early morning flight. Good rate.
Inability / reluctance of reception staff to read guest advance requests. I asked for a quiet room when booking, at 08.30 am on day of my stay I asked for a quiet room to be reserved. On return to front desk |I was allocated a room beside the lift and at the top of a corridor.. The reservations manager was rude and indifferent to my needs. Parrot like he kept telling me that rooms were subject to availability, not once did he listen to my statements. For the past two years my company has booked an average of 8 room per month at your airport hotel. On my return to the Wellingborough office I advised my office manager to stop making bookings at this hotel. Our contract with Belfast city runs until 2014, my staff will use other hotels.
Sorry did not stay long enough to enjoy any of the facilities, but everything was good
Can be seen right outside the airport. Very big bed. TV is a bit old and small. Some rooms are noisy because of facing the airport.
Rooms and blankets are from the seventies. Prices are excluding breakfast and internet. To compesate for the room this should at least be inclusive. The reception and bar are the only places wich have been updated to the current decade. In the brochure there is only one picture of the rooms and is taken in the evening.
